Insurance?

At this time, I am able to accept Aetna, Cigna, Quest, Carelon, and Ascension (SmartHealth). I am in the process of getting credentialed with BCBC, United, Oscar, and Oxford. If you would like to use your insurance please let me know and we will make sure to set that up.

  • Yes! I have experience working with tweens, teens, college students, and adults, through various issues. If you are not an athlete or performer, but would like to work with me please reach out.

  • The initial session will be a 55 minute session where we will start to get to know each other and I will work to understand your specific goals.

  • If possible, I like to start off seeing clients weekly or every other week so we can build some momentum towards your goals. Once you feel happy with progress we can start to see each other monthly or do check ins when necessary.
