Insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, I do offer the option of out-of-network billing, which means that if your insurance plan covers out-of-network providers, you may be able to seek reimbursement for a portion of the counseling fees. Check with your insurance to see if this is an option and we can discuss this more if it applies.

FAQs

  • The initial session will be a 55 minute session where we will start to get to know each other and I will work to understand your specific goals.

  • If possible, I like to start off seeing clients weekly or every other week so we can build some momentum towards your goals. Once you feel happy with progress we can start to see each other monthly or do check ins when necessary.

  • No, definitely not. Therapy is a valuable resource for anyone seeking support or personal growth. Just like we go to the gym to maintain physical health, therapy is a way to prioritize and maintain mental health. It is a proactive step toward self-care and can help navigate life’s challenges, develop coping skills, and enhance personal growth.
